The online pre-registration form helps us begin that conversation with care. It gives us an opportunity to understand your history, your concerns, your goals, and the reason you are seeking care.

Some patients come with a specific dental need. Others arrive after years of complex treatment, unresolved symptoms or a desire for dentistry that considers the mouth in relation to the whole body.

Wherever you are beginning, we start by listening.

Your first visit

Your first visit is designed to give us a complete picture of your oral health and the relationships that may be influencing it — including existing dentistry, gum and bone health, bite, airway, materials, comfort, aesthetics and long-term stability.

When appropriate, we may recommend digital imaging, CBCT 3D imaging, biologic testing or additional records before planning care.

Before we meet

To help us prepare thoughtfully, we ask new patients to complete our online pre-registration form before the first visit is scheduled.

You may also be asked to share previous dental records, recent imaging or additional details about your goals and concerns. These details allow your first visit to be more personal, productive and focused on what matters most to you.

Insurance & financial considerations

Harmony is an out-of-network practice. This allows us to recommend care based on biology, quality, time, materials and long-term stability rather than the limitations of insurance plans.

For patients with dental benefits, our team can provide the documentation needed for claim submission. We are also happy to discuss financial arrangements and phased treatment planning when appropriate.
